Peter King holds court
The all-time football scribe sheds light on Aaron Rodgers, Brian Gutekunst, Lamar Jackson, the Falcons, Mike McCarthy and DeAndre Hopkins on our latest Happy Hour.
Only one question stumped our esteemed Happy Hour guest…
Other than Spotted Cow, what’s your go-to Wisconsin beer?
We’ll both need to report back with our findings later this summer. (I’m thinking “Moon Man” right now.) In the meantime, Peter King was the answer man for an hour-plus. Whew. The man is a wealth of information. You won’t want to miss this replay — video above, audio below.
Peter was kind enough to lift up the curtain on just about everything with Go Long subscribers Monday night.
This season, be sure to read his weekly column — “Football Morning in America” — over at NBC Sports.
Thanks, all.
Go Long is powered by you. Thank you for joining our community:
DeAndre Hopkins to Nashville. What does he have left?
The Aaron Rodgers trade. How exactly did it go down?
His reporting approach to fantasy football.
Jordan Love expectations. He is curbing enthusiasm.
The Mike McCarthy-Dak Prescott relationship. Also, what is a “McCarthy Offense?”
Brian Gutekunst’s power in Green Bay. He’s the man in charge.
The perpetual mess in Washington D.C. (Football, that is.)
Buy stock in those Atlanta Falcons, everyone.
Why he’s skeptical when it comes to Lamar Jackson and would have never, ever given the quarterback a fully guaranteed contract.

Love it that you get Peter King on. A legend. Thanks Tyler!!
Fantastic. Peter King is one of the last of his kind remaining. There aren't many writing the weekend-in-review columns anymore, much less those with his vast knowledge of the sport. Don't agree with him on everything, but always look forward to reading him and have a ton of respect for his work.
