The NFL scouting community talked to coaches at Cincinnati and didn't like what they heard. John Dorsey, however, took a chance and, by God, did it pay off. Bob McGinn has the story.
Some of these scouts are complete d@uche bags. Kid enjoys some THC. So what. They literally dragged the entire family because Travis wasn't a model conformist.
He has a lot more personality than he shows on his (intentionally vague) press conferences, but I prefer to picture him (or Frank Caliendo imitating him) providing that quote in his soft monotone in a press conference.
I disagree with Belichick. Kelce's biggest catch was, and still is, Patrick Mahomes. Their chemistry and connection in making clutch plays when they really matter is unquestionably the best in the NFL. Imagine letting Tyreek Hill leave and not missing a beat on the way to another Super Bowl. Dumb ass might just be a complimentary attribute at the tough TE position.
This was the Travis deep dive the world needs. What a turnaround. And what a negative set of coaches in Cincy! Brings forward how important the voice of the coach is to a draft prospects. Tyler, you gotta get Bob an interview with Access Hollywood and drop some tweets on this for TaylorNation, lol.

Travis and Mama Kelce getting theirs in spades.
Bob, how do I get notified when you publish an article? I subscribed for you.
Haha Belichick.
