The quarterback madness has begun, but don't forget about the first overall pick in 2018. We talk to one former NFL GM who knows his game best. He still sees a future star, too.
This feels like a lot of empty talk. And I'm not a Mayfield hater. I'd love to see him succeed, partially because he was so good in college and has shown flashes, and partially because I generally like to see players succeed. But his QBR last year was 35.1, and that's in his fourth year. A QB shouldn't be declining that late in their career without a standout season to lean on, especially with a fairly solid team. At the end of the day Baker just needs to play better.
Great article. It's easy to get caught up in the fantasy football stats. Talking heads mostly talk about stats and numbers, but there is still something to be said for guts, toughness, and the gun slinger mentality too.

He's too short and has to be under center/good run game. Is what he is

Another great article from TD. I'm a Bills fan, but I would love to see Baker succeed, except against the Bills.
Great stuff TD! I hope Bakers shuts up the haters this year! He's my kinda QB!
Crazy how this same debate applies two years later.
There will be a market. If Cousins goes to Atlanta, I can see Minnesota and Tampa Bay bidding a decent penny.
