Not too long ago, Quincy Avery was living out of his car and sending Facebook messages to any quarterbacks that'd listen.

Now, he's coaching more pros than anybody else in his profession. What a fascinating chat this was with the man who has helped mold Deshaun Watson into one of the best QBs today, in addition to grooming Justin Fields, Trey Lance and Jalen Hurts.
