We redraft the 2016 class with co-host Jim Monos, the Buffalo Bills director of personnel then. Could Dak Prescott move on to his third head coach soon?
Really enjoy when Jim's experience and knowledge about the draft is utilized. I don't think there's anywhere else you can get that information, not to mention an offer to do film study.
I'd like Jim to reflect back on his greatest draft misses over the years: not players he chose but those he was hard on like Byars. He can pad it with some hits too that weren't drafted by his teams. Another idea is looking at guys who should have been real players but failed or were just mediocre because they were in the wrong system with the wrong coaches perhaps. I think the chance of a player's destination and its impact on his success isn't examined enough.
Best quote from the show: "Some guys in the back here at the Bremen brewery could do as good of a job as Gettleman."
No Tyreek Hill?
