This is the meat on the bone stuff I absolutely love as it tells the story in depth instead of being another piece of click bait crap that so many other places churn out. Kudos Tyler and I feel some team will be celebrating that they took the time to learn about him and beat others to the punch.

Thank you, Bob, and everyone for reading David White’s story in full here. It’s sincere. Cannot fathom a 2021 quite like that. Sage advice on the two-alarm method, too. Been implementing that here at Go Long HQ and always catch that 4:30 am’er.

Agreed that this isn’t fluff, but it’s overwhelming positive as to the young man’s character. Amazing that we could read the same article and come away with such differing interpretations. I would invite Tyler to weigh in with his thoughts…

First he complains that he can’t catch and throw at the same time. Then, this football player feels the coach played favorites. Alas, another time the quarterback was friends with a different receiver and didn’t throw the ball to him. A constant theme is arising here. Perhaps instead of listening to Yeat he should have been reading Yeats. Success does not come to those who find excuses.

I don’t think Tyler would have written this profile if he thought David was a whiner. He’s the opposite and I hope that my team, the Packers, drafts him!

Ray Davis is a receiver with the kind of character the Packers would cherish. Check out his story.

I’m a Packer fan also, and I hope the Pack stay away from such a self-righteous, ego driven player. Tyler is a sports journalist, and he will pen articles about athletes who are reprobates. He doesn’t portray sports as a world without faults. This particular athlete has characteristics I deplore in all people, and I appreciate Tyler for not writing a fluff piece.
