Damn...this article really makes me want to root for him this year. I was beginning to jump on the Etienne/Draft a RB train, but now you got me believing that we have our guys on the roster already. I’m a sucker for the “hard working offseason” story!
Singletary has the correct mindset to be better than he has been. What really needs to improve is the OL. Circle The Wagons had a stat that Joe B and Matt F also brought up, in that the yards before contact for both Motor and Moss were really poor. They both also had really good yards after contact numbers. So imagine, with better blocking, those misses will be deeper in the defense and result in more explosive running plays.
