The Packers survived in Jacksonville. The Lions smashed Tennessee. Meanwhile, the Chicago Bears are still wondering how they lost on a Hail Mary. Here's your NFC North-centric pod.
What is great about this podcast is how Bob's work on the draft is used as content to inform and enrich their comments about on-the-field action. Nobody following the NFL does this. They do their draft coverage and then just move on to the next draft; in other words, they prefer dealing with air and are likely embarrassed to use their draft prognostications contextually. But Bob doesn't make any predictions. His scouts do and so he has nothing to be afraid of. Keep this up Ty and Bob. It's "good shit" as Bob said.
I listened to this entire podcast and got the reviews for Green Bay, Detroit, a little bit of Minnesota involving Christian Darrisaw and then some Bears. Everything was there as Tyler advertised. I really enjoyed the Bob McGinn Memory. One of the best that I’ve heard involving Lynn Dickey. This is not the McGinn memory, but it’s Rocket Rog’s: I still remember Dickey breaking his leg late in his first or second year in Green Bay, the game was played in Milwaukee, and some idiot Packers fans actually cheered his injury, loud enough to be heard on television.
In his 2003 Hall of Fame speech, James Lofton said, "I was lucky to have two great quarterbacks throw me passes – Lynn Dickey with the Green Bay Packers, and you know who – Jim Kelly with the Buffalo Bills".
Great memory of Lynn Dickey - truly a great QB who would have had much more success in a different situation - along with Brockington and Lofton one of the few bright spots in the dark years.
For those who only want to listen to Packers content, it does not appear you told us at what spots in podcast we can access Packer discussion and McGinn memory as you usually do.

Brooks, not Wilson, went down at the 4 instead of scoring on the last drive.

I'll never forget the Monday night game against the Redskins in 1983.
