I guess Tim Hortons can be written off as a potential sponsor.

Ty, it is time to reflect on your coffee choices. While Bob can be forgiven as he is a senior citizen and looking for any coffee that stays tight under a dollar--and for goodness sakes, he drinks with a straw--you, who are founder of a website which is proudly without advertising and challenges the reader with long, developed articles, should consider being a patron of an independent coffee shop who sources their beans ethically and espouses a minimum 8.5 minute brew time. It's time, Ty. Support microbreweries, support independent coffee shops.

And that detailed observation and prognosis on the Yale offensive lineman for Chicago is just another example why no site parallels this one. That was a helluva two minutes. The McGinn memory was with remarkable detail considering it's ten years old, and yes, it isn't just Bostick by any means. Crap play calling and an average performance by your star. But for me, it was the wacky Dix coverage that was debilitating: Bostick was just reacting, Dix looked like my Uncle Stu trying to play Thanksgiving football in his cowboy boots and three old fashioneds in the noggin, handful of chips in his pocket.

Gosh this Wisconsin Badger almost couldn't watch this - a Minnesota sweatshirt? Bob c'mon!

Damn, seen that game a couple years ago.

Gonna have to re-watch again.

I recall the Burnett pick should of been the dagger that wasn't.

Now I can picture Kaaron and Big Mike burying their heads in the sand. Yikes.

Lot’s of blaming talk about Mike McCarthy’s choosing to go for field goals early in the NFC Championship game played in Seattle in January 2015. A different Green Bay coach did go for it on 4th down when deep in enemy territory early in a different championship game. That game didn’t work out in Green Bay’s favor, either.

Green Bay coach Vince Lombardi, playing in for his first NFL title on Dec. 26, 1960, twice opted not to kick field goals when faced with 4th downs early in the game inside of Philadelphia’s 15-yard line. He went for it on 4th down twice and the both times the Packers turned the ball over on downs. Philly went on to win 17-13. Eschewing certain field goals early in that title game may have cost the Packers the NFC championship. Lombardi later admitted as much.

Those kinds of decisions can bite you on either buttock.

It certainly feels like they are going to need to lean on Dan Campbell’s trademarked aggressiveness more than ever with all of these injuries, doesn’t it? The fact that they nearly came all the way back on Buffalo - Despite playing a skeleton crew has to be encouraging for Detroit.

Good luck with that, Matt.
