Obviously I'm a little biased as a Dolphins fan, but I couldn't agree more. If you remember Ty, you asked me my thoughts on Tua during the Draft Happy Hour and I shared similar thoughts.
It was clear to anyone watching that Flores and former OC Chan Gailey were treating Tua with the ultimate set of kid gloves. Sure, he looked timid and unsure of himself regardless. However, I think we are yet to see what he is truly capable of.
Now he has the weapons, a new pair of OCs, an improved OL and an actual NFL off-season to prepare for this season. If nothing else, one thing is certain. Come this time next year, there won't be any more excuses for Tua Tagovailoa.
