COLBY WOODEN, DT, AUBURN

  • Rd. 4/Pk. 116.

  • Height: 6-4.

  • Weight: 283.

  • 40: 4.82.

  • Wonderlic: 18.

  • Hometown: Lawrenceville, Ga.

  • Fact/stat: Fourth-year junior, three-year starter. Arms were 33 ¾ inches, hands were 10 3/8 inches. Finished with 152 tackles (30 for loss) and 15 sacks.

NFC scout: “I’m not sold on him. Excellent, excellent kid. I think he’s a 5-technique but you’ll have to try him both ways to see what he can do. I look at someone like him as fourth round-plus.”

AFC scout: “We all saw him as a 5-technique. He could also play some 3-technique and rush inside if you needed him to. He’s got some developmental upside. He’s a 4i or a 5-technique. He’s probably fifth round. He did run 4.8 and there’s pretty good stuff on film.”
