Players like Tavon Wilson are no coincidence. There’s a reason this safety lasted a full decade in pro football.

From losing his father when he was one, his mother when he was 12 to so much more, very specific moments made Wilson. Since that story, Wilson played one season with the San Francisco 49ers, spent 2022 out of football and is now ready for whatever life entails down at his new home in North Carolina.
