Whaley was named the Bills’ assistant GM in February 2010 and took over as GM in May 2013, where he stayed until May 2017. Real Football co-host Jim Monos, of course, served as his right-hand man during his tenure.
Prior to Buffalo, Whaley spent a decade in the Pittsburgh Steelers scouting department.
