Hang out with Go Long at Buffalo Bills training camp this Monday
Good morn! We’re hitting the road for camps this summer through the northeast. First stop? St. John Fisher. Let’s hang out.
What hurts most about epic playoff losses is the cold-hard reality that a team has to wait seven excruciating months to play again. The Super Bowl felt so close to Josh Allen and those 2021 Buffalo Bills, only for everything to collapse those fateful 13 seconds.
The game will be discussed for a long time, though the franchise’s first Super Bowl triumph sure would serve as quite an eraser. Beginning next week, the Bills turn the page. The trek back begins at St. John Fisher in Pittsford, NY.
Go Long will be hitting the highway this summer for several training camp stops, beginning with the Bills this coming Monday.
And I cannot wait to hang out with anyone who’s in town.
Following Monday’s practice, feel free to head on over to Genesee Brewery around 1 p.m. (EST). While my podcast co-host Jim Monos is busy gearing up for the XFL this week, I’ll be joined by local beat writers to discuss the Bills and have a drink or two with you. The Athletic’s Tim Graham and The Buffalo News’ Jay Skurski will be on hand for the shenanigans. (And when it comes to a summer beer, it’s hard to beat Ruby Red Kolsch.)
Head on over any time Monday afternoon. The brewery is located 12 minutes from the Fisher campus at 25 Cataract St, Rochester, NY 14605.
Hope to see you there, and reach out any time on Twitter @TyDunne or via email at golongtd@gmail.com.
Also, keep an eye out this week for the start of our training camp series of feature stories.
Thanks, everyone!
